Status as a Public Benefit Organization
Ever since 1 November 2018, the Rose Rebel Foundation has passed the very strict governmental regulations and is now recognized by the Dutch Tax Department as a Cultural Public Benefit Organization. This means the Rose Rebel Foundation is a Public Benefit Organization that is at least 90% active in the cultural field. Donations to the Rose Rebel Foundation are henceforth tax deductible. Cultural Public Benefit Organization donors have an extra tax advantage based on an extra tax deduction. FILMS WITH A VISION
It is our passion to produce films and photo-film projects that touch the audience and stimulate people to think. We address important social issues in our films and explore a shared way forward in a rapidly changing world.
We have created the photo-film exhibition I KISS THE WORLD about Fluidity of Identity in the Global City and are working on the feature-length film EVA’S MISSION about the mission of Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss. See more about the projects elsewhere on this website.

There is no remuneration for our Board members. They work as volunteers. Unless we are sponsored, the money spent on fund-raising and management comes out of our own pockets.
UPDATED REPORT ON OUR ACTIVITIES
The foundation is now backing the production of the feature-length film EVA’S MISSION about Eva Schloss, Auschwitz survivor and Otto Frank’s step-daughter, and her mission to tell the story of her past and contribute towards peace and tolerance in the future.
PRIVACY POLICY
The foundation deals with the personal data on its donors and other relations with the utmost care. We adhere to the Dutch General Regulations on Personal Data. We guarantee that this is done with all the productions under the auspices of the foundation. This applies to everyone who is seen or heard and can be recognized in documentary as well as fiction films and to the crew and other relations of the foundation.
STICHTING ROSE REBEL – CREATIEF & INSPIREREND
STICHTING ROSE REBEL heeft als doel om belangrijke maatschappelijke kwesties aan de orde te stellen, te verhelderen en het gesprek hierover op gang te brengen onder een breed publiek. De stichting ondersteunt specifiek projecten die een gevoel van ‘common humanity’ en harmonie in de wereldsamenleving bevorderen. De stichting hanteert film als medium bij uitstek om dit proces te ondersteunen. Om haar doel te bereiken initieert de stichting projecten, gaat zij partnerschappen aan en stimuleert zij de ontwikkeling van talent.
De stichting dient het algemeen belang en heeft geen winstoogmerk.

ANBI Status
Stichting Rose Rebel is door de Belastingdienst Nederland sinds 1 november 2018 aangemerkt als Culturele ANBI. Dit betekent dat Stichting Rose Rebel een Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling is, die voor minstens 90% actief is op cultureel gebied. Giften aan Stichting Rose Rebel zijn fiscaal aftrekbaar. Donateurs van culturele ANBI’s hebben een extra belastingvoordeel, omdat voor hen een extra giftenaftrek geldt.

De culturele ANBI-status van Stichting Rose Rebel betekent dat donaties aan Stichting Rose Rebel (tot een maximum van €5.000) tegen 125% fiscaal aftrekbaar (voor vennootschappen 150%) zijn (een donatie van €5.000 kan dan netto €1.750 bedragen).
FILMS MET EEN VISIE
Het is onze passie om films en foto-film projecten te maken die het publiek raken en tot denken aanzetten. In onze films stellen we belangrijke maatschappelijke onderwerpen aan de orde, en zoeken we naar een ‘shared way forward’ in een snel veranderende wereld.
Zo creëerden we de foto-film expositie IKISS THE WORLD over ‘Fluidity of Identity in the Global City’ en de lange film EVA’S MISSION over de missie van Holocaust-overlevende Eva Schloss. Zie de projecten elders op deze website.
Voor het realiseren van onze PROJECTEN hebben wij uw steun hard nodig….
Om door te gaan met het ondersteunen van projecten waarin wij als Stichting geloven, is het essentieel te beschikken over – al dan niet vaste – bijdragen van mensen en instellingen buiten onze Stichting. Belangstellenden kunnen daarover altijd in contact treden met de Stichting via bestuur@roserebel.com.

BELONINGSBELEID EN ONKOSTEN
Voor het bestuur van de stichting geldt geen vergoedingsregeling. Het werk dat het bestuur verricht vindt plaats op geheel vrijwillige basis. Bedragen die worden uitgegeven aan het werven van geld en beheer van de instelling, worden uit eigen middelen, hetzij gesponsord, gedaan.
ACTUEEL VERSLAG UITGEOEFENDE ACTIVITEITEN
De Stichting ondersteunt thans de productie van de feature-length film ‘Eva’s Mission’ over mw. Eva Schloss, Auschwitz-overlevende en stiefdochter van Otto Frank en haar missie om door het vertellen van haar verhaal een bijdrage te leven aan vrede en verdraagzaamheid van toekomstige generaties.

De stichting gaat zorgvuldig om met de persoonsgegevens van begunstigers en andere relaties. Wij houden ons daarbij aan de Algemene Verordening Persoonsgegevens (AVG) van 25 mei 2018. Wij zien er op toe dat dit gebeurt bij producties onder de hoede van de stichting, dit geldt voor personen die in beeld of geluid herkenbaar zijn in films, zowel bij documentaire als fictie, voor crewleden en andere relaties van de stichting.
